First, according to the rolling bearing size classification
Miniature bearings: suitable for high-speed slewing, low friction torque, low vibration, low noise requirements of the products, such as office equipment, micro-motor, soft drive, pressure rotor, dental dental drills, hard disk motors, stepper motors, VCR drums, toys, models, computer fans and so on.
Small bearings: used in a variety of small mechanical equipment.
Small and medium-sized bearings: used in general industrial equipment.
Medium and large bearings: used in large and medium-sized mechanical equipment.
Large bearings: used in heavy machinery and equipment.
Extra large bearings: used in super heavy machinery and equipment.
Second, according to the type of rolling body classification
Ball bearings:
Deep groove ball bearings: widely used, the most representative rolling bearings. Can accept radial load and two-way axial load, suitable for high-speed rotation and requirements of low noise, low vibration places, such as gearboxes, instruments, motors, household appliances, internal combustion engines, transportation vehicles, agricultural machinery.
Self-aligning ball bearings: assembled with drum-shaped roller bearings, with the function of self-aligning, suitable for bearing heavy loads and shock loads, such as precision instruments, low-noise motors, automobiles, motorcycles, metallurgy, rolling mills, mines, petroleum, paper, cement, sugar and other industries.
Angular contact bearings: can accept radial load and axial load at the same time, the limit speed is higher, suitable for machine tool spindles, high-frequency motors, combustion turbines, centrifugal separators, small car front wheels, differential pinion shafts and so on.
Roller bearings:
Cylindrical roller bearings: roller usually by a bearing collar of two retaining edge guidelines, keep frame roller and guide collar constitute a combination of parts, can be separated from another bearing collar, is separable bearing. This type of bearing installation, dismantling is more convenient, especially when the requirements of the inner and outer ring and shaft, shell are interference fit more show the advantages. Thrust cylindrical roller bearings: by the gasket-shaped raceway ring (shaft ring, seat ring) and cylindrical roller and cage components, bearing cylindrical roller selection of convex production processing, so the roller and raceway surface with each other pressure distribution is proportional to bear one-way axial load, axial load capacity is large, axial rigidity is also strong. They are suitable for oil drilling rigs, iron and steel making machinery, etc.
